Meet Transfer Services Staff

Jenny Helms
Director of Transfer Services

Jenny has been part of the TSC team since 2018. She has worked within the education system for 28 years, with 15 years in K-12 and 13 years in post-secondary education. She received a Bachelor of Science in English Education from Florida State. Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her three kids, exercising, playing tennis, and being on the water. 

Nan O’Kelley
Transfer Student Success Coordinator

Prior to joining the TSC team in 2023, Nan worked as an exceptional education teacher at Leon High School and held positions at Sonitrol/Redwire, Community Foundation of North Florida, and Capital City Trust Company. She is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 26 and was named one of the 25 Women You Need to Know by the Tallahassee Democrat in 2018. Nan earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from Auburn University and a Master’s degree in Education from the State University of West Georgia. 

Hunter Harris
Transfer Student Success Coordinator

Hunter has been with TSC since 2025. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a diverse background spanning higher education, international security, nonprofit service, and economic development. Prior to joining Tallahassee State College, he served as a contractor for the U.S. Department of State, supported economic redevelopment within local government in Florida, and helped manage economic relief programs for communities across the United States. Hunter holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of South Florida (2017) and an M.Sc. in International Relations from the University of Glasgow (Scotland, 2019). Outside of work, Hunter is an avid traveler (having currently visited 43 countries), coin collector, and loves exploring new cuisines with his family.

 Kim Ardley
Transfer Specialist

Dr. Ardley has over 30 years of experience in K-20 education. Her core competencies include educational leadership, conflict resolution, teamwork, and customer service. An alumnus of Tallahassee Community College (1983), she earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Argosy University (Tampa, 2014), a Master of Education in Education Leadership and Supervision from Florida A&M University (2002), and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University (1993). When not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her son, Sir Royce (teacup Yorkie), fishing, drawing, painting, and traveling. She is also an entrepreneur.

Caitlin Cleary

Major: Sports Management

Riley Edwards

Major: Criminology

Hobbies and interests: Playing soccer, photography, and hanging out with my friends.

Fun fact: Won a state photography competition in high school.

Aditi Eyunni

Major: Computational Biology

Hobbies and Interests: Dancing, collecting trinkets, and drawing.
