ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD

The Enrollment Management Dashboard is updated daily with enrollment data sourced from Workday. Due to a semi-automated process, data captured at 6 p.m. each business day is typically published to this dashboard by 10 a.m. the following morning by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.

This dashboard enables users to analyze weekly enrollment trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) by academic term. Using the Day Number filter, users can select a specific point in the enrollment cycle to compare the current academic term against the same term from the prior year. Day Numbers are calculated relative to each term's start date, allowing for consistent year-over-year comparisons regardless of calendar differences between terms.

Please note that selecting a Day Number beyond the most recently available data will result in blank or error values. For example, if today's data corresponds to Day Number -10, selecting Day Number +5 will return no results as that data does not yet exist. Users are encouraged to reference the date label displayed alongside the Day Number filter to confirm the most recent available data point before drawing conclusions.
