Annual Pre-Qualifications

TSC has discontinued the Annual Pre‐Qualifications for Contractor Services process and will now advertise on a Per Project basis. All future opportunities will be advertised on the TSC Purchasing Website and the state Vendor Bid System.

General Project and Contractor Information

A “Project” is any work that would require the use and hiring of an outside contractor or supplier to alter, modify, install, remove, repair, or otherwise change a TSC Building, space, system, or property. This includes construction, installation, modification, repair, replacement, or any other work that may affect TSC buildings, spaces, utilities, life-safety systems, or campus infrastructure.

All Project requests must be submitted with a project request form and sent to [email protected], where requests will be reviewed and coordinated by the TSC Construction Services department.

Work may not begin until the required review and approval process has been completed.

Notice to Contractors and Suppliers - You are prohibited from performing any work-related services on any TSC Campus or property without first obtaining the following:

1. Prior approval from the TSC Construction Services Department.

TSC Blank Building Permit Application

• External Contractor & Internal Employee Use - A Permit Application
  Request should be completed for all Major Renovations, New
  Construction or any other physical changes to campus structures,
  buildings, grounds, infrastructure etc.

TSC Blank Fire Alarm Permit Application

• External Contractor & Internal Employee Use - Complete this form
  for any changes to existing or proposed new TSC-owned fire alarm
  systems.

• Internal Employee Use Only - Complete form if you would like to
  make any physical changes to campus spaces, structures, buildings,
  grounds, infrastructure etc.
